Jennifer A. Messa
Jennifer brings a particular expertise to the firm in matters related to Estate Planning Administration, and Real Estate and Commercial Transactions. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1981. Following some experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, Jennifer enrolled in the California Western School of Law from where she graduated as a member of the National Honor List in 1988. After completing her legal education, Jennifer returned to the Philadelphia area and began her legal career representing individuals and businesses in matters involving real estate, commercial transactions, estate planning, and litigation. She returned for further education at the Temple University School of Law's L.L.M. program, earning her L.L.M. degree in Taxation with a Certification in Estate Planning in 2001.
Since 2001, Jennifer has been vital in assisting both individual and business clients at the firm in matters of Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate and Commercial Transactions, and Business litigation.
Jennifer is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a Certified Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau.
