Joanna Seidman
Joanna Seidman, a native Baltimorean, graduated magna cum laude from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2006 where she was in the top two percent of her class. During her studies at University of Baltimore, she was a staff editor on the “Law Forum” journal, received the “Evidence Book Award” for outstanding performance in the Evidence course and acted as a LAW Scholar holding tutorial sessions in Constitutional Law for first-year students. Joanna spent her last two semesters of law school studying at the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where she was on the Dean’s List, and was honored as having “Distinguished Class Performance” by her professors in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Federal Income Tax. She began her undergraduate study at Towson University, and graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communication.
Joanna is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. She spent the first three years of her legal career handling medical malpractice matters at two highly regarded Philadelphia law firms, and served as co-counsel in a case which resulted in one of the highest verdicts in Philadelphia County in 2007 and in another case which resulted in the highest reported medical malpractice verdict in Bucks County within a ten-year period. Joanna joined Messa & Associates in October 2009, and currently handles a variety of catastrophic personal injury matters including medical malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
